My name is Jeannie, and my daughter’s name is Rachael (AKA Ray). Ray is 23 and just so happens to rock an extra chromosome that you may recognize as Down syndrome.

Once Ray finished school, we decided to start our own business together. After a lot of consideration, we chose to open an ice cream truck! I mean, really — who walks up to an ice cream truck and leaves without a smile? And who better to put that smile on your face than Ray?

In 2018, we bought our first van and began our journey!

It's now 2023, (can you believe it!) and we're ready for the summer!

Our menu includes more than just delicious ice cream! You’ll find candy, chocolate bars, cookies, chips, crackers, cotton candy, and fresh fruit in our lineup. Thirsty? Don’t worry; we’ve got soda and water too!

We offer two dozen different ice cream choices, and our menu offers allergy-friendly options. We keep a list of all ingredients, and we carry treats that are peanut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, Kosher, free of red dye, and safe for sensitive stomachs. If you or your child has an allergy, please don’t hesitate to ask about our alternatives!

We proudly cater events of all types. We’ll serve up smiles at your next birthday party,

 backyard barbecue, prom, Vacation Bible School, 

summer day camps, office parties, 

car washes, fundraisers, and anywhere else you might need us!
